1) Current free product
Chamber is currently offered as a free download. No payment is required for access to the current free version.
2) Refund policy for paid purchases
For paid purchases handled by Paddle, refunds are managed under Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms and refund policy.
In brief: consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation window, but this may not apply once digital content has started downloading or being delivered. Paddle reviews refund requests case-by-case and may refuse refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
