1) How to request a refund

Email us at support@moozix.com with your order details and a brief note about the issue.

Helpful details include your purchase email, order number/receipt, product name, and what happened. The more context you share, the faster we can help.

2) Review process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to handle requests fairly, quickly, and with a human response.

If there’s a technical issue, we may first offer troubleshooting steps so you can get up and running. If it still isn’t a fit, we’ll help with next steps.

3) Timing

We typically respond to refund inquiries within 1–2 business days. If approved, refund timing depends on your payment provider and bank/card network.

4) Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
